全国石油钻采设备和工具标准化技术委员会简介
 全国石油钻采设备和工具标准化技术委员会成立于1987年10月，经过整顿和审核，国家标准化管理委员会于2002年11月28日确认。
钻采设备标委会是在国家标准化管理委员会的领导下，主要从事石油天然气工业钻井与作业、采油领域的设备和工具标准化工作的技术组织，负责石油天然气工业钻采设备和工具专业的国家标准和行业标准的技术归口工作，并承担国际标准化组织ISO/TC67 委员会和美国石油学会（API）国内归口的标准化业务工作，现有国家行业标准化300余项。
钻采设备标委会由中国天然气集团公司、中国石油代工集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司、中国石油天然气股份有限公司和机械工业联合会共同组成，现在有委员59名。钻采设备标委会设主任委员1人、副主任委员5人。秘书处设秘书长1人、副秘书长5人。标委会秘书处设在石油工业标准化研究所。

China Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools Standardization Committee
he China Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools Standardization Committee of was set up in October 1987, and was authorized by the China Standardization Management Committee on 28th November 2002.
nder the leadership of the China Standardization Management Committee, the China Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools Standardization Committee is mainly engaged in technical organization of equipment and tools in oil and gas drilling and operation, taking charge of technology classification of national standard and industry standard of petroleum drilling and production equipment and tools, and undertaking the domestic standard incorporation with ISO/TC67 and API.
he China Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools Standardization Committee consists of CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, PetroChina and CMIF, and now, it has 59 members. It has one chairman, five vice-chairmen. The secretariat is set in the Standardization Research Department of RIPED, and has one secretary-general, five vice-secretary-generals.
