股份公司企业标准室

    企业标准室是中油股份公司企业标准技术归口部门，受中油股份公司质量安全环保部委托，承担中油股份公司企业标准化的管理工作。
企业标准室的主要职责是：
1、企业标准的制修订管理：负责中油股份公司专业标准体系研究与维护中油企业标准制修订计划的编制，参与指导中油股份公司所属各专标委、直属工作组的企业标准的制修订工作，负责企业标准的立项与报批；
2、企业标准备案归口的管理：负责股份公司和地区公司管理的企业标准的统一备案工作；
3、企业标准出版发行管理：按中油股份公司企业标准发行管理规定，负责股份公司企业标准制订出版发行计划制定和各地区分公司及二级企业购买股份公司企业标准的统一订购；
4、企业标准发展规划及发展战略的研究：承担股份公司企业标准发展规划及发展战略的研究项目，为股份公司标准化研究工作提供技术支持；
5、企业标准化信息管理和咨询服务：承担股份公司企业标准化信息管理和咨询服务，承担中油股份标准化培训和标准宣贯工作。

Enterprise Standard Section

The Enterprise Standard Section exercises technical administration over enterprise standards in PetroChina and undertakes the management of enterprise standardization in PetroChina as entrusted by the Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection Department in PetroChina.

It takes following major responsibilities :
Management of formulation and revision for enterprise standards: participate in the formulation and revision of enterprise standards organized by the professional standardization committees and directly affiliated working groups in PetroChina and be responsible for the project establishment and submission for approval of enterprise standards;

Management of enterprise standard filing: be responsible for centrally submission for filing of enterprise standards managed by PetroChina and regional companies after issuance;

Management of issuance for enterprise standards: according to the management regulation for enterprise standard issuance in PetroChina, the enterprise standards in PetroChina will not issued publicly. The regional companies and affiliated enterprises shall subscribe PetroChina’s enterprise standards in the Enterprise Standard Section;

Study on development planning and strategy for enterprise standards: undertake research projects on development planning and strategy of enterprise standards in PetroChina, providing technical support for standardization research in PetroChina;

Information management and consulting service for enterprise standardization: exercise information management and provide consulting service for enterprise standardization in PetroChina and undertake standardization knowledge training as well as promotion and propaganda of standards.
