标准化咨询室

标准化咨询室是石油工业国家标准、行业标准咨询服务科室，面向石油工业和全社会通过标准信息网络、光盘、标准咨询、通讯等形式，最大限度地扩大对标准化用户的服务，传播标准化信息，提供技术咨询，并已取得了很好的效果。

标准化咨询室的主要职责是：
1、负责石油工业标准化信息网(www.petrostd.com)的网站建设和信息维护：石油工业标准信息网(www.petrostd.com)、全国钻采中油股份公司标准信息网和本所标准信息网，管理是石油工业标准化的信息门户，已做到网上综合信息发布、查询和咨询服务。负责网点单位维修协调与服务。承担“石油工业标准化信息管理系统研究与开发”项目的组织、协调工作及系统启动后的维护工作。
2、提供标准查询和咨询服务：通过石油工业标准光盘和标准咨询、电话和人员接待，石油行业和社会为各企业提供了石油工业标准咨询服务。
3、负责《石油工业标准化通讯》的编辑出版发行；利用《通讯》及时、快捷的特点，向各石油企业和石油标准化工作者全新快地传播最新的国际、国内以及行业的标准化信息，发挥媒介和桥梁作用。

Standardization Consultation Section

It is a section to provide consultation service for state petroleum standards and industrial standards. The section has achieved excellent results in maximization of service for standardization clients, spreading of standardization information and providing technical consultation.

The Standardization Consultation Section has following main responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the web site maintenance and information updating for the petroleum standard information web(www.petrostd.com): it launched the petroleum standard information web(www.petrostd.com), PetroChina standard information web and the standard information web of the institute in 2003. By manipulating over 20 columns with a total information volume of 1300 pcs, the web issuance, search and consulting service for comprehensive information are realized basically. So far, there have been over 100 clients joined the petroleum standard information web.
2.Provide inquiry service for standards: through publication of petroleum standard CDs, telephone communication and personal reception, petroleum standard consulting service has been provided to three major oil companies, research institutes, petroleum enterprises and communities.
3.Be responsible for the edit and publication of “Correspondence on Petroleum Standardization” :taking the advantage of the timely and prompt features of the correspondence to spread the latest international , Chinese and industrial standardization information to petroleum enterprises and petroleum standardization workers, paying excellent role as the medium and bridge and enjoying reputation and praise from petroleum workers extensively.
