油田化学剂质量监督检验中心
石油工业油田化学剂质量监督检验中心于1997年由中国石油天然气总公司钻井液质量监督检验站和油田化学剂北京质量监督检验站合并成立,挂靠在石油工业标准化研究所,隶属中国石油勘探开发科学研究院.1998年,通过国家技术监督局计量认证,属于第三方公证检验机构.
质检中心面向石油天然气工业和油化剂企业，承担油田化学剂（包括钻井、采油、地面油气集输用各种油化剂）及现场钻井液性能的质量监督检验; 油田化学剂产品质量认证检验; 产品质量纠纷的仲裁检验; 承担有关标准的制定修订及验证检验; 承担检验人员的培训等工作。已成为中国石油工业油化剂检验的权威机构。
质检中心现有工程技术人员中,高级工程师占50%,工程师17%,助工33%.这些人员中,硕士研究生3人,大学本科及专科毕业生8人,均长期从事钻井液处理剂、完井液添加剂、采油用处理剂、集输用原油破乳剂、降凝剂、油田水质处理剂等检验、研究工作、具有油田化学剂的分析、剖析、研究的专业工作经历和经验。
质检中心座落在中国石油勘探开发研究院工程实验楼C段五层，占有面积近600m2 ，设有实验室九个，天平室、样品室、资料室和复印室配备齐全。现有固定资产480万元。配备钻井液及处理剂检测设备、采油集输用处理剂检测设备、常规理化分析仪器等相应的检测仪器设备以及必要的化学分析装备128台（套），具有良好的检测条件。
油田化学剂质量监督检验中心严格执行国家产品质量检测的各项法规、政策和标准，以对企业、对社会负责的态度，为用户提供公正、科学、可靠的检测数据。为各类油田化学剂及相关产品的生产、供应和应用，为提高我国油田化学剂产品质量，提供有力的技术支持。

The Supervising & Testing Center for the Quality of the Chemicals for Petroleum Industry
The Supervising & Testing Center for the Quality of the Chemicals for Petroleum Industry was founded in 1997through the merge of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Station for Drilling Fluids, CNPC and the Beijing Quality Supervision and Inspection Station for Oilfield Chemicals, which is based now in the Petroleum Standardization Research Institute as affiliated to RIPED. It is a third party notarized inspection institution since passed the metering certification by the State Technical Supervision Bureau in 1998.
The center is oriented to oil and gas industry and oilfield chemical enterprises to undertake quality supervision and inspection of oilfield chemicals(including various oilfield chemicals used in drilling, Production and surface oil and gas gathering) and drilling fluid property at site; inspection for quality certification of oilfield chemical products; arbitrary inspection for product quality disputes; formulation, revision, verification and inspection of related standards; and training of inspectors. The center has become an authority for oilfield chemical inspection in the Chinese petroleum industry.
At present, there are 50% senior engineers, 17% engineers and 33% assistant engineers, of whom 3 are masters and 8 are university and college graduates, engaging for a long time in inspection and research work on drilling fluid additives, completion fluid additives, oil production additives, oil demulsifiers for gathering, pour point reducers, viscosity reducers and agents for oilfield water quality treatment with rich working experiences in analysis, anatomy and research on oilfield chemicals.
The center is situated on 5/F,Section C, Engineering Laboratory Building, RIPED with a floor area of about 600m2.There are 9 labs as well as well equipped balance room, sample room, information room and reproduction room in the center. It possesses good conditions for inspection as equipped with inspection facilities for drilling fluid and additives, agents for oil production and gathering and conventional physical & chemical analysis as well as 128 sets of necessary chemical analysis equipments.
The Supervising & Testing Center for the Quality of the Chemicals for Petroleum Industry carries out stringently the national regulations, policies and standards for product quality inspection and provides fair, scientific and reliable inspection data for customers with a responsible altitude for enterprises and the state. It has provided powerful technical support for the production, supply and application of various oilfield chemicals and related products as well as for the enhancement of product quality of the oilfield chemicals in China.
